Luke Grimes of Yellowstone unveils a new project unrelated to the show.

Yellowstone star Luke Grimes has shifted gears from acting to pursue his passion for music.

The actor, known for his role as Kayce Dutton, announced his debut music album on Instagram.

The album, set to release on March 8th, reflects Grimes' dedication over the past couple of years.

Grimes shared a black-and-white photo of himself in a truck, teasing the upcoming musical venture.

The tracklist includes 'Hold On,' a collaboration with musician Foy Vance, and 'No Horse To Ride,' featured in Yellowstone.

Expressing his admiration for Foy Vance, Grimes called him a "giant talent and a master truth teller."

Grimes hopes the album connects with people, making them feel less alone in their experiences.

Besides Yellowstone, Grimes has appeared in True Blood and the Fifty Shades trilogy, and recently starred in the Netflix romcom Happiness for Beginners.
