Berry and Banana Hemp Seed Pudding

How I got two blog ideas in 24 hours is still a mystery to me. No complaints from me or my taste senses. Make a simple, healthy dessert. 

Traveling makes it hard to find sweets other than dairy-free chocolate at the grocery store. We found a nearby eatery with vegan alternatives, which I loved. 

Because of the language gap, I wasn’t quite sure what I was ordering. But I knew it was “dairy-free” and a “pudding” and it had “berries.” Good enough for me.

Concept is simple: As a thicker banana-berry smoothie with hemp and chia seeds. A naturally sweet “pudding” is ideal for nibbling or dessert. 

Berries, potassium from bananas, Omega 3 fatty acids and protein from chia seeds, and all 20 amino acids (including the 9 our systems can't create) from hemp seeds make this dessert full of free-radical-fighting antioxidants. Hemp seeds, thanks! 

This delicacy is excellent for a quick breakfast, snack, or healthier dessert. After chana masala, mine was the ideal sweet finale to my night. 

A healthier snack or dessert with berries, bananas, hemp seeds, and chia seeds! Naturally sweet, creamy, and nutrient-dense. Only 6 ingredients and 1 bowl needed. 

This treat is a great option for a nutritious dessert, quick breakfast, or snack. My dessert was the perfect delicious way to end my evening, after the chana masala.
